Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. They are all very friendly and we had many chats with some of the staff as they all speak good English and always interested in what we were doing and where we had been or going to. The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and right next to the lovely harbour.
Cannot fault this hotel at all. Location was perfect for a family break down by the harbour, but it was just a 5 minute walk up the main road to get right in the thick of the main bars and restaurants. Staff are so friendly and attentive and it feels like they genuinely want you to have a good time. We had a superior sea view room and the view was spectacular. Food in the restaurant was really nice as well with themed buffet nights and a decent breakfast selection. The outdoor pool is amazing with a swim up bar which was really good as it was hot in August and hitting 40 degrees some days. Only slight criticism was the lack of sunbeds - if you hadn't claimed them with your towel before 9am then they'd all be gone.
The experience was that good I've already convinced the extended family to return next summer.
Fantastic all around. I literally had no complaints whatsoever. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Rooms we got were overlooking the pool area and the sea, so that was great as well.
Love the view from our room, good sea view albeit didn't think so when we arrived in the dark, we could only see some scrub land, but in the morning saw loads of gold finches, amazing.Also great sunsets
